Trainee Online Application Process and Timeline
Please note the following scheduled notifications and events for those who will be submitting the online ADTP Application:
ADTP Online Application goes live in September
Deadline to submit is typically around/after November 1
November through early March the following year
ADTP Application review
Invitation emails are sent to those Applicants invited to Assessment Center as well as those not moving forward.
If you submitted an application for the Assistant Directors Training Program and have not received an email, first check your spam folder for an email from email@example.com.
If you still have not received an email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and in the Subject line state:
202* Application Status
In the body of the email state:
Your Name as it appears on the 202* ADTP Application submission
Your email address
Your telephone number
State that you have not received an email notification for your 2020 ADTP Application submission
Please do not call our office. You must send us an email. We will respond in a timely manner.

Assessment Center is onsite at DGPTP offices in Los Angeles on a Saturday
ADTP Interviews will occur Tues., Wed. and Thur. following the Assessment Center date
For out-of-town Assessment Center participants invited to Interviews, we will do our best to ensure you are seen on the first day of Interviews. We can make no guarantees and we are not able to accommodate requested interview times for anyone.
Class of 202* Acceptance Notifications
Those invited to join the ADTP for the current season will be notified via telephone. We will be sending status letters to all participants via email the same week.
